Alana Wiesenauer, 31, of Anderson, passed away Aug. 23, 2017, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born on Oct. 15, 1985, in Anderson, and resided most of her life in Anderson. Alana graduated from Highland High School.
She worked as a server for IHOP Restaurant.
Alana is survived by her daughter, Gwendolene Byers of Anderson; mother, Barbara Turner of Anderson; three brothers, Randy Blaine of Anderson, Rod (Shelby) Wiesenauer of Carmel, and Eric (Laura) Wiesenauer of Anderson; grandmother, Lyla Lemon of Anderson; great-grandmother, Sarah Paschal of Anderson; four special friends, Stacy Riggs of Fortville, Kristen Sherman of McCordsville, Brittany McClish of Franklin, and Alex Byers of Anderson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by father, Steven Wiesenauer; grandparents, Carl (Nedra) Wiesenauer; grandfather, Randy Paschal; great-grandfather, Joseph Paschal; great-grandparents, Bud (Violet) Imel; and sister, Miranda Lemon.
Cremation will take place and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
