Brad Mullanix, 71, of Anderson, passed away, Oct. 18, 2017, at his residence in Anderson.
He was born Oct. 7, 1946, in Anderson, and resided most of his life in Anderson.
Brad graduated from Anderson High School.
He retired from Delco Remy after 30 years of service.
He served his country in the United States Army where he served in the Vietnam War.
He was a member of United Auto Workers Local 662, and the American Legion.
Brad is survived by his children, Jason (April) Mullanix of Anderson, and James (Onita) Mullanix of Anderson; longtime companion, Linda Zehrung of Anderson, and her children, David Layman, Debrina (Chad) Thomas, and Kristy Zehrung; brother, Harold (Betty) Mullanix of Markleville; sisters, Peggy Stevens of Lapel, Madonna Davis of Anderson, and Sue (Kenneth) Johns of Florida; daughter-in-law, Sarah Mullanix of Alexandria; grandchildren, Bradley Mullanix, Oliva (Austin) Castor, Jordan Mullanix, Mia Mullanix, Rebecca Mullanix, Emily Mullanix, Carter Mullanix, Kelsie Kuklenski, Collin Reynolds, Caleb Reynolds, Blake Saunders, Breydon Zehrung, and Jaycob Jones; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents; son, Stephen Mullanix; brother, John Jr.; sisters, Eva Krall and Sylvia Kellams.
Cremation will take place, and per Brad's request there will be no services.
Services have been entrusted to the Loose Funeral Home and Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
