Cynthia's Story

Text size

Cynthia "Cindy" Hollon, 67, formerly of Anderson, Ind., died due to injuries sustained in an auto accident.
She was the daughter of John and Agnes McGuire. Cindy will be remembered for her kind, loving and generous heart. She had been a wonderful mother to her own daughters and their many friends and more recently taken on the role of Nana to all, as there wasn't a child she didn't love and they didn't love her. She worked as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker and was a member of the National Association of Realtors.
Cindy was a member of McGregor Baptist Church, Fort Myers. Her love for beautiful surroundings inspired her artistic interior design talent. She also loved walking the beach and taking in beautiful sunsets. Cindy's passing has left a gaping hole in the hearts of her family.
She will be lovingly missed by her daughters, Laura (Chris) Tranbarger, Leslie Lupton (Christian Lopez), Lyndsay Hollon and Leia Hollon; sister, Marcia (John) Moss; grandchildren, Nathan, Noah, Cameron, Keagan, Zadie, Darien and Kaiya; nephews, Scott (Laura) Garrett and TJ Martin.
A memorial gathering will be held at Madison Park Church of God, 6607 Providence Drive, Anderson, IN 46013 from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, July 22, 2017, to celebrate Cindy's life.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to Cindy Hollon Educational Memorial Fund, c/o Old National Bank, 219 S. Scatterfield Road, Anderson, IN 46012.
