Daphne Rose Elliott, infant daughter of Keith and Aubrey (Bronner) Elliott, was stillborn on Aug. 18, 2017, at 1:38 a.m. at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis.
Daphne had been diagnosed with Triploidy at 22 weeks and peacefully passed in her mother's womb at 24 weeks. It is a comfort to her parents that she didn't have to suffer and she is in the arms of her heavenly Father and family members that have passed before her.
Along with her parents, she is survived by her big brother, Boone Elliott; maternal grandparents, Dennis and Elaine (Spooner) Bronner of Alexandria; paternal grandparents, Bruce and Jane (Stockwell) Elliott of Montrose, Illinois; paternal great-grandmother, Joyce (Dobbins) Stockwell of Wheeler, Illinois; uncle, Tony Elliott-Fayetteville, Arkansas; uncle,Kevin Elliott of Bradley, Illinois; uncle, Chris Bronner of Somers, Connecticutt.
The family would like to personally thank the entire staff of Community Hospital North for their kindness and compassion during this trying time. Our thanks to nurses Misty, Rachael and Kera for their loving empathy when we needed it most. A special thanks to bereavement doula Jenny Davis, genetic counselor Courtney Eddy, Palliative Care and Hospice NP Melissa Fields for all of the help and resources that you have given us before, during and after Daphne's birth. Thank you to Chaplain Rob Mifflin for his sincerity and his prayers. Last, but not least, to Dr. Nicole Plenty for her dedication and wonderful sincerity with her patients. We are so blessed that God led us to you and thank Him from the bottom of our hearts.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service for Daphne at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, at Perkinsville Cemetery with Pastor Michael Deutsch officiating. The cemetery is located in the 9000 block of West Eighth Street Road, between County Road 900 West and State Road 13.
