Ethan's Story

Ethan Michael Richman, 18, of Kokomo, along with the love of his life, Lea Starr Byers, 19, of Greentown, passed away at 8:30 p.m. Monday, April 3, 2017.
Ethan was born in Anderson and was attending IU Kokomo with his beautiful girlfriend Lea Byers. He was in his second semester of college working hard toward becoming a nurse anesthetist.
He is survived by his father Joshua M. Richman; stepmother Natasha (Durbin) Richman of Kokomo; mother Laura L. (Foster) Richman of Fort Wayne; paternal grandparents, Ronald and Elizabeth (Babb) Richman; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Sharon (Garringer) Foster; and four siblings, Lucas, Jacob and Lyndsey Richman and Kaylee Ann Elshire.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Fred and Marilyn (Scott) Richman, Richard Babb and Watina (Hamilton) Moore; Ray and Velvre Foster and Jesse and Dorothy (Day) Garringer; aunt, Margaret Kinderman; and cousins, Nathan Gray and James Palmer.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, 229 S. Rangeline Road, Anderson.
Service is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at East Side Church of God, 2600 E. Fifth St., Anderson, with Pastor Jerry Young of Christian Congregation Church in Alexandria officiating. Burial will follow in Saunders Cemetery in Daleville.
