Jack W. Strong Jack W. Strong, 76, of Anderson, passed away Dec. 20, 2018, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 19, 1942, in Anderson.
Jack graduated from Madison Heights High School.
He retired from Delco Remy after 28 years of service.
He loved fishing, hunting, playing cards and pool.
Jack is survived by his children, Elizabeth (Steve) Hatfield, Paul W. (Amanda) Strong, Connie (Christopher) Orner and Sonya (Michael) Padgett; fiancee, Yvonne Cornish; sister, Jeanne (Leland) Gasperich; 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Strong; parents, Ralph and Martha Strong; siblings, Diana L. Carpenter, Paul Richard Strong and Evelyn Strong; and grandsons, Christopher R. Fellows and Cody Strong.
Visitation will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home, with Stanley Boyd officiating. Burial will take place in Pee Wee Cemetery, Ovid.
