Funeral services for Jeffery Lynn Corbin, 60, of Cookeville, Tennessee, were held Saturday, June 3, 2017, at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Presley Funeral Home with Donnie Bull and Roger Cooper officiating. Interment followed in Cookeville City Cemetery.
The family received friends Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Jeff passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at his home.
He was born July 7, 1956 in Muncie, Indiana, to Walter Corbin and Delsie Sneed Redman.
He was a member of the Hilham, Hardy's Chapel Fire Department and fairgrounds, and loved it so much because he met a lot of good people. He also loved going to yard sales with his mom.
In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by his first wife, Diane Corbin.
Jeff is survived by a son by his first wife, Adam Corbin and wife Rachell and granddaughter, Madison Corbin; his wife of 12 years, Kim Corbin; stepson, Josh Preston and stepgranddaughter, Charity Phipps; six brothers, Roger (Jennifer)Corbin, Richard(Sheryl) Corbin, Larry Corbin (Loy Corriston), and Steve Corbin, all of Indiana, Randy (Mona) Corbin of Tennessee and Ricky (Jenny) Corbin of Indiana; one sister, Barbara (David) Troutt of Tennessee; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jeff had requested no flowers or gifts. An account for his granddaughter, Madison, has been set up. Any contributions will go to that account.
Pallbearers were Christopher Corbin, James Corbin, Bradley Corbin, Adam Corbin, Josh Preston, Dave Burchfield, Johnny Murphy and Mike Pryor.
