John David Crafton, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sept. 17, 2017, at his residence.
He was born on Oct. 22, 1960, in Shelbyville, and resided most of his life in Pendleton/Anderson area.
He was a truck driver for Pitt Ohio and had worked many years at Everybody's Oil Co. which became Highway Transport.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his earlier years.
John is survived by his wife, Magaly "KiKi" Caraballo; stepdaughter, Lea Caraballo; siblings, Phyllis Eberhart, Marjorie Loggan, Harold "Butch" (Donna) Crafton, Lisa (Harold) Simon, and Paula (Jim) Reese; aunt, Donna (Dick) Thomas; special friend, Edward Waggoner; beloved dogs, Chloe, Maggie, Rocky and Shadow; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by mother, Frances Kestner; father, Paul Emerson Crafton; and sisters, Bonnie Hill and Sheryl Ashby.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Gary Woodring officiating. Burial will take place in Mechanicsburg Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
