Lucille Bernice Miller-Nash, 93, of Anderson, passed away on Nov. 11, 2017, at Bethany Pointe Health Campus after a brief illness.
She was born on Oct. 24, 1924, in Wyoming to the late Jessie and Esther Knotts. She moved to Muncie as a child and spent most of her life in Anderson.
On Oct. 24, 1945, she married Chet Miller, who preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 1998. She also was preceded in death by her second husband, John Nash, of Russiaville.
Bernice is survived by her three sons, Ted (Lisa) Miller, of Anderson, Ron (Cindy) Miller, of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, and Jeff (Pam) Miller, of Mokena, Illinois. Also, she is survived by her sister, Mildred Mullin, of Muncie, and brother, Junior Knotts, of Florida; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Delores Ann "Annie" Salyer and Louise Gott, of Indianapolis, and brothers, Kenny Knotts and Donny Knotts of Muncie.
Bernice was very successful as a Tupperware manager and also worked in retail for many years. She faithfully attended Southdale Church of the Nazarene in Anderson. She especially loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her sons and grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, at Southdale Church of the Nazarene, 530 W. 53rd St., Anderson. Services will follow at 2:30 p.m., with Rev. Brad Buhro officiating.
Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemeter.
