Mikael's Story

Mikael James-Floyd Swegman, 2, of Anderson, passed away on Feb. 17, 2017, at the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on April 23, 2014, in Indianapolis and lived in Anderson with his parents.
Mikael is survived by his loving parents, Stephen and Jessica Swegman; brother, Braydon Reynolds; grandparents, Cheryl Ashby and Judy Majors; great-grandparents, William and Paula Phillips; aunts and uncles, Brittany Reynolds, Kimberly(Michael) Rankin, Kent (Candice) Reynolds, Josh Ashby, Tiffany Green, Michelle Reed, Mervin Reed, Todd Phillips, Sam Phillips, Rachel (Kyle) Reynolds, Lisa Adams, TJ Moles, Chris Moles; and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mikael was preceded in death by his grandmother, Tamara Reynolds; great-grandparents, Gene and Deloris Reynolds; great-uncle, Kevin Reynolds; great-great-grandparents, Paul and Carolyn Dollar; great-grandparents, James and Della Riddle; cousin, Jacob Reed; uncle, James Riddle; great-aunts and uncles, Lorene Riddle, Vestal, Fred and Clearence Riddle.
Visitation will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Greater Light Church, 317 Marine Drive, Anderson, 46016.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the church with the Rev. Michael Johnson officiating.
Burial will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.
