Patricia 'Patty' Mansfield Patricia "Patty" Mansfield, 66, of Indianapolis, passed away on Jan. 6, 2019, at her residence. She was born on March 26, 1952, to Luevenia and Emery Wilson, in Anderson, and resided most of her life in Indianapolis.
Patricia graduated from Anderson High School and retired from AT&T as a telephone operator. She attended True Vine Missionary Church in Indianapolis. She loved traveling and watching softball games and bowling. She was very competitive in the Scrabble club and she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 43 years, Joseph Winston Mansfield; to that union three children were born, Winston (Miranda) Mansfield, Willson Mansfield and Jermaine Mansfield; four grandchildren, Tamara Mansfield, Simina Mansfield, Aria Mansfield, and Jenascia Mansfield; brother, Jimmy (Faye) Wilson of Wentzville, Missouri; sisters, Anita Harris of Indianapolis, Gloria Gibbs, Jean (Richard) Agnew, and Carolyn (Matthew) Patterson, all of Anderson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luevenia and Emery Wilson.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Jan 14, 2019, at L.C. May Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
