Raymond's Story

Raymond "Ray" Fredericks, 82, of Markleville, passed away Friday, Dec. 8, 2017 in Indianapolis.
He was born April 5, 1935, in Huntington to the late Oscar Raymond Frederick & Wilhelmina (Van Dine) Hudson.
Ray was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He was a member of the Pendleton American Legion, and a proud member of the NRA.
He is survived by his children, Teril "Teri" Taylor, David (Connie) Fredericks and Diane "Dee" (Bryan) Greaves; siblings, Marilyn Hare of Huntington, Richard (Dee) Frederick of Warren, Margaret "Margie" (Bud) of Markle and Karen "Susie" Laugle of Huntington; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Fredericks; grandson, David Fredericks; and sister, Janet Meehan.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, at Condo & St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory. Burial will be at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
