Ruth Mabel Bennett, 96, passed away Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at Community Hospital, Anderson.
She was born on March 26, 1921, in Watertown, Wisconsin, to the late Benjamin and Viola (Hardke) Dams.
She was a homemaker and attended Fifth Street United Methodist Church.
Ruth is survived by her children, Judy (Roy) Clark of Plymouth, and Thomas (Jodi) Bennett of Anderson; sister, Sylvia Roedl; grandchildren, Brian (Dana) Clark, Julie (Chad Purciful) Bennett, Joshua (Lana) Clark, Andy Castor, Aaron (Kari) Castor; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Talmage "Ted" Bennett.
Services are 2 p.m., Thursday, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson. Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
