Sandi Sue (Elder) Perkins, 66, of Middletown, passed away Sept. 22, 2017, at Countryside Healthcare in Anderson.
She was born in Anderson, Sept. 15, 1951, the daughter of Marvin Eugene and Elsie (Russell) Elder. She was a 1969 graduate of Shenandoah High School and had owned and operated "The Radiant Bride" Bridal Shop in Anderson for 22 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors are her children, Jon Castor (Whitney), of Middletown, and Stevie Ewing (Jett), of Plainfield; her husband of 39 years, Bob Perkins; brother, Dale Elder (Denise), of Columbus; sisters, Sherrie Wall (Mike), of Corpus Christi, Texas, Gail Elder of Fort Myers, Florida, and Peggy True (Mike), of Fairmount; and eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South Fifth, Middletown. Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.
