
Wanda J. Robinette Chevalier
August 24, 1930 - December 23, 2018
She was born Aug. 24, 1930, in Elwood, the daughter of the late William and Tessie Coty. She had lived in Fort Wayne, New Port Richey and Holiday, Florida, for 30 years before moving to Anderson.
Wanda is survived by her daughter, Brenda (Tim) Allred; grandchildren, Josh Allred and Joe Allred; son, Douglas Lee Robinette; grandchildren, Chad Robinette, and Jill Robinette Fausnaugh of Fort Wayne; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, RoseMary Heiser of Lafountain and Karen "Sue" Talbott of Marion; two brothers-in-law, Ralph Heiser and James Vinson; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Douglas Robinette in 1971; and her second husband, Dr. Arthur B. Chevalier in 2009; two sisters, Dorothy Vinson and Helen Jo Denny; one brother, William "Billy" Coty.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service and Crematory with Pastor Lee Witman officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
