Annabelle Lee Jackson, 28, Alexandria, passed away at her residence on May 12, 2017, following an extended illness.
She was born on Dec. 26, 1988, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has resided in Alexandria for the past four years. She was a graduate of Elwood High School, Class of 2007 and also attended CNA school.
She was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed reading, craft making and cooking for others. Cuddling her children gave her the most pleasure.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Jackson of Alexandria; daughter, Lyrica Henderson of Tipton; son, Phenex Jackson of Alexandria; mother, Lora Ann Hughes of Elwood; sisters, Brittani Ann Welch in Texas, and Ann Marie Harless of Elwood; brother, Alden Smith; uncle, Jeff Hughes of Elwood; and several extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jeff Wittebort.
Cremation has taken place and private memorial services will be announced at the convenience of the family.
