Barbara L. Bronnenberg, 86, of Anderson, passed away on March 16, 2017, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
She was born on Aug. 11, 1930, in Anderson, and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Barbara graduated from Anderson High School.
She was a member of Fall Creek Christian Church and held several jobs after her girls were raised. She enjoyed knitting and gardening.
Barbara is survived by her loving spouse and best friend, Glenn Bronnenberg, whom she married Sept. 21, 1952; daughters, Carol (Don) Ritter, Sharon Barnes and Pamela DeWitt; brother, Robert (Coleen) Julian; grandchildren, Karstin (Rob) George, Nathan (Yvonne) Carmany, Jessica Barnes, Courtney (Lawrence) McCowan, Amber DeWitt, and Kaitlyn (Zack) Chism; great-grandchildren, Megan Carmany, Rae Ann George, and Nadia Carmany.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Julian; father, Lawrence Julian; sister, Madonna Cunningham, son-in-law, Wendell DeWitt; and great-granddaughter, Zoie Chism.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Wiles officiating. Burial will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fall Creek Christian Church or the donor's favorite charity.
