Bettie Ann Waldridge, 88, of Anderson, went to be with her Lord and Savior, and her beloved husband, on May 12, 2017, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
She was born on Oct. 24, 1928, in Anderson, where she resided all of her life.
Bettie graduated from Anderson High School, and retired from Delco Remy of Division of General Motors after 30 years of service.
She attended Anderson First Church of the Nazarene, and she loved to go out to eat, shop, read, and spend time with her family.
Bettie is survived by her daughters, Viki Sigler, and Sheila Shannon; grandchildren, Todd (Allison) Ellingwood, Chris (Linda) Bronnenberg, Tami West, Summer (Matt) Cano, and Nichole (Mike) Real; great-grandchildren, Justin Ellingwood, Shawn Ellingwood, Morgan Bussel, Reilly West, Mason Bussel, Hunter Southwood, Gisela Cano, Viviana Cano, and Karissa Cano; brothers, Bob Onstott and Larry Onstott; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband, Dick William Waldridge; mother, Lavon Bosworth; father, Harold Onstott; and sisters, June Smith and Louise Overmyer.
The family would like to give a "special thanks" to Pam Johnson, Dr. David Mares and staff, Dr. James Ong and staff, and the staff on 4 and 5 South at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
Private family services will take place at a later date.
Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
