Carolyn D. Mullins, 71, of Anderson, passed away peacefully May 21, 2017, at her residence. She was born on June 2, 1945, in Elwood, Indiana, and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Carolyn graduated from Indiana Business College.
She was a salesperson for Target for 17 years.
She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and had been a Girl Scout leader.
Carolyn is survived by her loving spouse, Bill Mullins; mother, Nema Smith; children, Annette (Brooke) Fields and Jeff (Valeri) Mullins; former daughter-in-law, JoAnna Mullins, stepson, Randy (Debbie) Mullins; grandchildren, Bracken and Hillary Fields, Brittany, Justen, Jarren, Jada, and Jackson Mullins, Kennedy and Jon Mullins; great-grandchildren, Payton Fields, Jordan, Janelle, Anna, and Beth Mullins; siblings, Lowell Smith, Ronnie Smith, Harold and Howard Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Sherman Orville Smith.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 23,2017, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at the funeral home with the Rev. Glen Knepp officiating.
Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park.
