Erwin C. Robbins, 77, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017, at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation in Greenfield.
He was born on March 21, 1940, to Claude and Crystal (Lowder) Robbins.
Erwin graduated from Hancock Central High School in 1958 and would spend his career working for Delco Remy in Anderson until his retirement in 1994.
Erwin married the love of his life Marcia (Crider) Robbins on June 6, 1964. He was a member of the Indiana National Guard and the Greenfield Christian Church. Erwin enjoyed collecting novelty toy tractors and race cars. He was an avid NASCAR and IndyCar Racing fan and enjoyed doing yardwork.
Surviving Erwin is his wife, Marcia Robbins of Greenfield; brother, Robert (Jeannie) Robbins of Greenfield; and sister, Gayle (Skip) Davis of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 W. Main St., Greenfield.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017, at the funeral home with Pastor Frank Everett officiating. Burial will follow in Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
