Jacqueline "Jacque" Jean Vest, 79, of Anderson, passed away June 8, 2017, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born Oct. 30, 1937, in Anderson and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Jacque graduated from Anderson High School.
She retired from Guide Lamp in Anderson, where she worked as an inspector.
She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Anderson and also of Victoria Guild at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
Jacqueline "Jacque" is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Scott) (Craigmile) Stone, of Forest Grove, Ore.; brother, Thomas (Rosalyn) Wells, of Lakeland, Fla.; sister, Marilyn K. Fleenor, of Anderson; six grandchildren, Shawn Singer, Jessie Rhoades, Cheyenne Rhoades, Christopher Sheward, Jeremiah Stone and Sarah Stone; eight great-grandchildren; and best friend, Brenda Welker of Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Inez Vaughn; father, Claude Wells; husband, Donald Vest; and daughter, Connie (Craigmile)Rhoades.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Monsignor Robert Sell officiating.
Burial will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
