Jamerious T. Turner was born Nov. 30, 1995, in Anderson. He went to be with the Lord on Jan. 23, 2017.
Jamerious grew up knowing and serving the Lord from a very young age. He was a 2014 graduate of Anderson High School.
Jamerious loved to cook and spend time with his family. He went on to pursue one of his many talents and graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts on July 30 2016, from Ivy Tech Community College. Jamerious was also in the process of enlisting with the U.S. Air Force.
Jamerious enjoyed various hobbies, including body building and continuously helping others. Jamerious was an active member of Christ Temple Apostolic Church, where he loved to fellowship and worship.
Jamerious is survived by his mother, Audre (Teco) Johnson; father, James (Amber) Turner; four brothers, Techaun, Teonte, Keion Johnson and Joel Turner; one sister, Ariah Turner; his grandparents, Aleta and Steve Redfield, Teresa King, and Dell and Johnie Turner; great-grandmothers, Ruby Redfield and Vera Calhoun; his aunt, Tunisia Redfield; uncles, Andre Redfield and John Turner; and a host of cousins other relatives and friends.
Jamerious was preceded in death by grandparents, Nelda and Turner Jackson, Kizah Lyles, James Smith, and Vergil Calhoun; and cousins, Dreniqua Redfield and Keith Richardson.
Services will be at noon today at Christ Temple Apostolic Church. Visitation will be two hours prior to services at the church. Elder Eddie Robinson Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
