Jon- athan F. Norris, 32, of Patoka, Indiana, passed away on June 30, 2017, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born to Jack Norris Jr. and Elizabeth (Spindler) Haig in Vincennes, Indiana, on April 30, 1985.
Jonathan was a member of Holy Cross Church in Fort Branch, Indiana, belonged to numerous pool leagues, loved to hunt and fish, and loved motorcycles and NASCAR. Jonathan had chosen to be an organ donor, and because of this, several people's lives will be saved by his generous donation.
He is survived by his father, Jack Norris Jr. of Anderson, Indiana; his mother, Liz (Bryan) Haig of Princeton, Indiana; brother, Jack "Jace" (Ashley) Norris III of Owensville, Indiana; grandparents, Jack (Phyllis) Norris Sr. of St. Joseph, Michigan; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Church in Fort Branch, Indiana, with Fathers Tony Ernst and Ambrose Wanyonyi as co-celebrants. Visitation will be Friday, July 7, 2017, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and also on Saturday, July 8, 2017, at Holy Cross Church from 8:30 a.m. to service time. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Fort Branch, Indiana.
