Linda Cobb, 69, Pendleton, passed away Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, at St. Vincent Anderson Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born on May 6, 1948, in Noblesville to Clarence "Bud" and Betty J. (Gerber) McNally.
Linda was graduated from Lapel High School in 1966 and received a cosmetology degree from Kaye's Beauty College.
She was a licensed beautician for 37 years mostly in her own shop in Lapel.
She is survived by three children, Malcom Douglas "Doug" Cobb, Jr., of Pendleton, Kristina (husband, Jason) Oliver, of Arcadia, and Tim (wife, Holly) Cobb, of Anderson; grandchildren, Kimberly, Maya, Josh, Jake, Zack, Ashley, Analisa, Natalie, Nathan, Wyatt, and James; eight great-grandchildren; and sisters, Sandra Kay (husband, Paul) Morris, Wichendon, Massachusetts, Pat (husband, Leonard) Cook, of Lapel, and Peggy (husband, Donald) Gunn, of Anderson.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 50 years, Malcom; and a sister, Janet Michael.
A graveside service will be at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017, at Brookside Cemetery, 2900 Brookside Road, Lapel, with the Rev. Neal Brown officiating, and burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
