Scott Bradley Butterfield, 52, Anderson, passed away after a sudden accident on July 20, 2017 at the St. Vincent's Anderson Regional Hospital. He was born October 3, 1964 in Anderson, Indiana and resided most of his life in Anderson.
Scott graduated from Daleville High School and served his country in the Navy as a electrician's mate.
He was also an RV technician.
He loved watching NASCAR, swimming, cooking and being outside.
Scott is survived by his wife, Teresa (Pitcock) Butterfield; father, Stanley Lewis Butterfield; daughter, Megan Butterfield; siblings, Tracy Butterfield, Cory (Christy) Butterfield, Mark (Rhianna) Allen, Amy (Michael) Shelton and Kim (Tony) Kwiatkowski; step-father, Mike Breese; father and mother-in-law, Don and Linda Pitcock; several nieces and nephews; special cousins, Valerie, Karen, Curtis; uncle and aunt, Chuck and Diana Harmon.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Ann (Harmon) Breese; grandmother, Freda Sheets; grandfather, Archie Patterson; and aunts Mary Bentley and Opal Harmon.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2017, 4 to 6 p.m. at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson.
Services will be Wednesday, July 26, 2017, 6 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Gary McCaslin officiating.
Cremation will follow.
