Middletown, IN - Angela Annette "Angie" Curl Chase, 67, of Middletown, passed away Feb. 24, 2026.
Born Nov. 9, 1958, in Muncie, to Bill and Charlotte Curl, Angie lived a life defined by love, devotion, and compassion. On April 23, 1978, she married Cary Warren Chase. Their nearly 48 years together reflected a rare and steady devotion — rarely apart, always thoughtful, respectful, and selfless.
She was a proud mother to Justin Curtis (Jenny) of Anderson and Christopher Warren of Indianapolis, and lovingly considered Jerami "JR" Summers as a son. She was a devoted grandmother to Aiden, Gavin (Sommer), Drew, and Allie.
Angie never met a stranger. She loved sharing her flower garden, exploring Indiana's back roads, visiting antique stores and festivals, and enjoying a root beer and hot dog from Gene's with family.
A dedicated animal rescuer, she adopted Ghost, Dreamy, and Petey from the Animal Protection League.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protection League, the Madison County Humane Society, or a local animal rescue.
