Anderson, IN - Betty C. Abel, 100, of Anderson, passed away on Oct. 23, 2025, at Miller's Merry Manor Marion.
She was born on Jan. 18, 1925, in Elwood, Indiana.
She was a homemaker.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Martha Jones; grandson, John Wall; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Art Abel; daughter, Helen Wall; parents, Lawrence and Ellen Hook; grandson, Jason Wall; two great-grandchildren; and seven siblings.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, at the funeral home. Burial will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.
