Billie was born April 2, 1986, to Barbara Norvell and William Hoosier. She loved doing hair and spending time with family and friends.
Billie is survived by her daughters, Tranity Hoosier, Destiny Smith; father, William (Bernita) Hoosier; sister, Nekia Hoosier, Marion (Jerry) Houston; brother, Frank Hoosier; grandson, R'Jay; and a host of family and friends.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Glazebrooks Funeral Services, 2822 Nichol Ave.
