Anderson, IN - Cassandra Welch, 68, passed away Feb. 22, 2026.

Cassandra was born in Greenwood, Mississippi, to Eucy O'Bannon and Albert Turner. She was a 1976 Madison Heights High School graduate; employed at Guardman, Production, and Corrections were fields of employment.

Cassandra will be deeply missed by her husband, Neely Welch; daughters, Shaquala Jones, Hallie Welch; special children, Morgan Welch, Winston Welch; siblings, Jacqueline Scafie, Shirley (Clinton) King, Jackquella (Ricky) Jones, Albert, Larry, Janice, Jeanette, Kathy, Belinda, Benita, Toni, and Lee; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral service noon Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, at Glazebrooks Funeral Service, 2822 Nichol Ave., with visitation two hours prior to service.
