Charles E. Frazier, 80, of Anderson, passed away on Nov. 16, 2021, at Community Hospital Anderson.
He was born on Feb. 4, 1941, in Anderson, the son of Henry and Irene (Hanshew) Frazier.
Charles loved attending church. He also enjoyed collecting coins and fishing. Family was most important to Charles, and he loved spending time with them.
Charles retired from the State Highway Department.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sisters, Ruth Holder and Ethel McCoy.
Charles is survived by his loving wife, Martha Jane (Hilligoss) Frazier; his children, Tammy Hornbeck (Bryan), Anderson, Marie Mathew (Marty), Anderson, and Doug Porter (Kennetta), Cape Coral, Florida; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother, Joe Heath (Mary), Anderson; several nieces and nephews; and his special friends, Billy Hooten, Gary Robinett, and Jerry Hilligoss.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for a later date.
