CHRISTIANA, Tennessee [mdash] Elizabeth Lynn "Beth" Grider-Stewart, 59, of Christiana, Tennessee, passed away in peace on Aug. 6, 2019, in her home after losing her battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Anderson, the daughter of Linda Garner and the late Glendon Grider.
Beth was graduated in 1977 from Highland High School in Anderson. She was an avid antiques dealer and was very active in the horticulture community. She could grow anything! Beth also was very active with the ASPCA, fostered and re-homed countless animals. If any animal needed help, she would bring it home.
She was also an advocate for others who were suffering from pancreatic cancer. Even though she fought her own battle, she always made time for others who needed help. An advocate and administrator in many groups, Facebook allowed her to touch thousands of lives. These were only a few of her many gifts. She always lived life to the fullest and had the uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way.
She will forever rest in peace and in everyone's hearts.
She is survived by her spouse, Thomas Stewart; children,Charity Earhart, Brooke Earhart-Talmage and Tyler Earhart; stepsons, Eric and Chris Stewart; grandchildren, Timothy, Taylor, Jackson and Piper; great-grand child, Michael, sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Vann Spears; and nieces, Casey Smith and McKenzie Wiginton.
A memorial service will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Sept. 28, 2019, at Mounds State Park, 4306 Mounds Road, Anderson, IN, USA.
