Ellen Ann Baird, lovingly known as "Granny," passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026, in Anderson, Indiana, at the age of 88.
Born on Feb. 28, 1938, in Zionsville, Indiana, she was a devoted mother and grandmother who raised her family as a hardworking single mother while serving as a dietary manager in nursing homes.
She is survived by her four daughters; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family.
