Anderson, IN - Jack Lee Francis, 87, of Anderson, passed away on June 12, 2025, at St. Vincent Ascension Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born on Oct. 23, 1937, in Terre Haute, Indiana, the son of Walter and Alice (Hoctor) Francis. He was a building and trades instructor at the Vocational School.
He had served in the U.S. Marines and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Jack is survived by his children, Teresa Fralick, Merrit Francis, and Mary Alison Majors; grandchildren, Brittany Smith, Zachary Wolfe, Breanna Wolfe, Mason Wolfe, and Hannah Wolfe; many great-grandchildren; sister, Judy Compton (Wendell); girlfriend, Sharon Gossage.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Della (Fuson) Francis; and his parents.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Bronnenberg Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from noon until the service at 2 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
