Brunswick, GA - Jalana Jackson Muhammad, 49, transitioned on Oct. 20, 2025.

She graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1994.

Jalana is survived by her husband, Harrison L. Muhammad; children, Chrislynn DeGraffenreid, Jalen (Jasmyne) Dixon, Robyn, Roy, JaiRelle, Byron Jr. Thomas, Champagne, Jarrett, Taj, Ahmira Jackson; siblings, JaiRone Dixon, James Tremaine Dixon, Shana Dixon Isaac, Kelisa Walker; parents, James Dixon, Shirlene (David) Counce; in-laws, Harson Jackson, Cynthia Jackson.

The service will be at noon Thursday and viewing two hours prior at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1540 W. 16th St., on Oct. 30, 2025. Burial in Maplewood Cemetery.
