Pendleton, Indiana - Jeri Lynn (Brandon) Ellis, 69, of Pendleton, passed away at her home after an extended illness on Feb. 12, 2023.

She was born on July 1, 1953, in Wichita Falls, Texas, the daughter of Jerry Brandon and Julia Starks.

Jeri graduated from Anderson High School in 1971, and Indiana Business College.

She was a bus driver for Hamilton Southeastern Schools, and retired after 19 years of service.

Jeri loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Ralph Ellis; mother, Julia Starks; daughter, Kamma (Eric) Trennepohl; sons, Shane (Deborah) Romine, and Korey Romine; grandchildren, Austin, Cody, Logan, Jalen, Samantha, and Lucas; and great-grandson, Waylon.

Also, surviving is her mother, Julia Starks; brothers, Rick (Susan) Brandon and David Richter; aunt, Judy Dennison; and cousin, Michelle Smith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Brandon.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023, at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.

Services will follow visitation at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
