Joe, dear nephew, I can't accept that you have left us already! You always managed to make me smile every time we saw each other at family events. Your kindness and sense of humor was ever present, even the last time I saw you when you were so ill already. I will never forget you, Joe. My heart breaks for your precious children who will grow up without you. I am glad you are no longer suffering and are at peace and with Jesus. I love you. I will see you again when I get to heaven.

I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I am praying for the Vo family and the South Meridian church family as well. Joe was a special man. I really appreciated his help and encouragement when I moved to Los Angeles, and I was also encouraged to see his faithfulness and resilience as he shared on Facebook throughout his struggle this year. May all who knew and loved him find God's peace and comfort while mourning the loss of a wonderful man gone much too soon.

Jo, thank you for the warmth and love you spread wherever you went. I would have loved to spend more time with you, but the times we shared on family trips were so much more fun because of you. Love you cuz and will see you again. Rest in peace.

I had the privilege of having a wonderful conversation with Jo when my mother was at Bethany Point. I knew of him because of the Aspinalls, but never shared with him until that day. He made a profoundly positive impression! My heart breaks for the family!
