Linda Kay Bozell
Linda Kay Bozell, 71, Anderson, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019, at Lindberg Crossing Senior Living following an extended illness.
Linda was born in Elwood on Aug. 25, 1948, the daughter of Rene and Margaret (Welcher) Bozell.
She graduated from Wendell L. Willkie High School in 1966. After high school she received her degree in education from Ball State and furthered her education in Cytology at Indiana University and North Western University of Tennessee.
Linda enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting, painting, bird watching, was an avid reader and she loved her country with a passion.
Linda is survived by her three sisters, Patty Bozell, Margaret Bozell, both of Elwood, and Rebecca (Michael) Auer of Lapel; several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her father, Rene T. Bozell; mother, Margaret R. Bozell.
A funeral service celebrating Linda's life will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 2019, at Dunnichay Funeral Home with Rev. Robert G. Williams officiating. Cremation will follow with burial at a later date.
Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 4, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson St., Elwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lindberg Crossing Senior Living "Activities Department".
