Anderson, IN - Mary Ann Marshel, 83, of Anderson, passed away on May 10, 2026, at her home following an extended illness.
She was born on Nov. 8, 1942, in Paxton, Illinois, to Roshier and Eleanor (Fannin) Marshel. She was an inspector at Broadway Glass for 15 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Hendricks; a brother, Roshier "Topper" (Marcy) Marshel II; a sister, Rose Stanford; two granddaughters; five great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2026, at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Carl Stagner officiating. Burial will follow in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
