Mayme Abrom, 87, passed away on May 28, 2010. She attended Sherman Street Church of God. She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Larry (Naomi) Abrom and Cary Abrom, both of Anderson, four grandchildren Willie Lee English, Eric D. English, Larry E. Abrom Jr. and Corey Larnae Abrom; and four great-grandchildren, Terrance and Ternisha Tolbert, Eric LaShon English, Chauncey Cole Abrom and Adriah LaMar Abrom. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph Abrom Jr.; her father, Theadore Tyler; her mother, Joy Tyler; a daughter, Diana English; a sister, Evelyn E. Tidwell. Service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Gholar & Gholar Funeral Service. Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home two hours prior to the service. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
