Anderson, IN - ANDERSON - Mildred L. Steen, 78, passed away Sept. 30, 2025.
Mildred was born July 25, 1947, to Cleavon and Lara (Hemphill) Lark in Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from Anderson High school and Indiana Business College. She was employed by General Motors.
Mildred is survived by her husband, Stotmy Steen Jr.; sons, Cleavon Lark, Aaron Steen, Ty Long, Tank Steen; daughters, Melissa Goolsby, Lara (Larry) Dailey; sisters, Rosa (Samuel Sr.) Simmons, Anna Brooks, Leneora Lark; brothers, John Earl (Dianne) Steen, Sam Steen; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Church Upon the Rock, 303 E. 29th, with visitation two hours prior to service. Burial at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
