Nancy A. Moore, 64, of Anderson, passed away on July 19, 2019, at her residence.
She was born on June 4, 1955, in Anderson, the daughter of Don and Joyce Smith.
Nancy graduated from Anderson High School.
She had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
Nancy enjoyed crocheting, making blankets and making hats for cancer patients.
She is survived by her loving husband, whom she married Jan. 30, 1993, Phillip Moore; sons, Shannon (Jami) Gardner, Stephen Gardner, and Clinton (Mindy) Moore; grandchildren, Haylin Hummel, Ally Frazier, Hope Frazier, Alyssa Moore, Brayden Gardner, Hayden Gardner, Chaise Gardner, Gabriel Gardner, Gavin Gardner, Gunner Gardner, and Gage Gardner.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Shawn Gardner; brother, Tim Smith; sister, Diane Snyder; brother, Donnie Smith.
Cremation will take place and there will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory.

We was in grade school & High school ,we very close and losses track of each other when i go married.I run in to Nancy at the hospital i had a friend that was very ill and Nancy took care of her .God Bless sweet lady.So sorry Family .

Nancy is my aunt and i luv u aunt Nancy and you will be truly missed and she had a great great heart and loved to take care of people she rocked and was 1 of my favorite aunties we luv u NANCY MOORE!!! PEACE

Iā€™m worked with Nancy for a short period at St Vincent. She was a joy to be a round with a great sense of humor. She was always wonderful to our Patients. She truly will be missed. Sending prayers to her family for their loss

Nancy was a great person who always made me laugh while at work. She will truly be missed. She was a very caring person and always going above and beyond to make sure her patients were well cared for and comfortable. Condolences to the family and rest in peace Nancy.
