Norma Jean Marriott Obituary
Pendleton, Indiana - Norma Jean Marriott, 84, of Pendleton, peacefully left us on April 3, 2026.
Born on Oct. 31, 1941, in Anderson, Norma was a true spirit who brought joy and warmth to everyone around her. She is survived by her loving husband, Stewart Marriott, who was by her side through thick and thin.
Norma was a proud graduate of Butler University, earning her Associate's degree, but her true passions lay elsewhere, whether it was gathering with friends for a game of Euchre, playing the organ, or tending to her beloved garden. With a love for the outdoors and traveling, she made the most of her time, often finding herself at the casino, enjoying the thrill of the games. But above all, what made her happiest was being surrounded by family, cheering on her grandkids at their sporting events, and creating beautiful memories together.
Norma is survived by her husband, Stewart Marriott; son, John (Brenda) Marriott; daughter, Debbie (Sean) Conner; brother, Austin McCallister; grandchildren, Michael (Rachel) Conner, Ryan (Taylor) Conner, Cassidy (Bradly Ronk) Marriott, and Sarah Marriott; and one great-granddaughter, Harper Conner.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters-in-law, Priscilla and Virginia McCallister; brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Betty Marriott.
