Anderson, IN - Patricia Marie Clevenger, 88, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Oct. 24, 2025.
She was born on Aug. 9, 1937, to Freeman and Anna Reid.
Patricia spent much of her life connected to the land she loved, working hard and taking pride in her family's farming life.
In her quieter moments, Pat found joy in tending to her flowers, especially orchids. She also enjoyed crocheting and quilting. Her handmade pieces, crafted with care and patience, are treasured keepsakes that continue to warm the hearts of those who loved her.
She was a devoted member of Chesterfield Christian Church and enjoyed spending time with her church family and friends.
Pat will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and gentle spirit. Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured and the beauty she created.
Patricia is survived by her children, Reida (Chuck) Carroll, Bryon (Cathy) Clevenger, and Brent (Darlene) Clevenger; grandchildren, Joshua Carroll, Nicholas (Samantha) Clevenger, and Danielle (Jimmy) Killion; great-grandchildren, Michael and Luna Carroll, Emmitt and Annie Clevenger and Mason and Elijah Killion.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Keith Clevenger; her parents, Freeman and Anna Reid; and her four sisters, Martha Eaton, Joann Tyner, Carolyn Francis and Marilyn Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Loose Funeral Homes and Crematory, Anderson.
Services will follow visitation at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ned Clark officiating. Burial will take place in K of P I.O.O.F Cemetery, Frankton.
