Robert was born Jan. 31, 1952, to John and Dorothy Broadnax.
He was a 1970 Anderson High School graduate and General Motors retiree.
Robert enjoyed Phytophile, working on cars, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Robert is survived by his sister, Joi Broadnax; brothers, James Broadnax, Terrannce Broadnax; and a host of family and friends.
Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Glazebrooks Funeral Services, 2822 Nichol Ave.
