Anderson, IN - Sandra Kay Grant, 84, of Anderson, passed away on Dec. 15, 2025, at Community Hospital Anderson.
She was born on July 26, 1941, in Anderson, Indiana.
Sandra graduated from Anderson High School.
She retired from Owens-Brockway in quality control after 28 years of service.
She loved to bake and make baby blankets.
Sandra is survived by her loving spouse of 38 years, Stephen Grant; daughters, Kim Kay (John) Komor and Carla Ann Freeman; grandchildren whom she cherished greatly, Matt (Sharon) Montgomery, Ted (Mary) Montgomery, Sydni Freeman, and Payton Freeman; great-grandchildren, Lilly Montgomery, Aidan Montgomery, Becket Montgomery, Kingsley Montgomery and Ainsley Montgomery; siblings, Ed Edmondson, Phyllis Jobe, Avis East, Betty Fenton; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Hovermale; mother, Oretta Mae Wilson; siblings, Herman Hovermale and Janice Jackson.
Her wishes were to be cremated with no services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
