Jamestown, Kentucky - Shirlene Grider, 87, of Russell Springs, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Summit Manor Nursing Home, Columbia, Kentucky.
Shirlene was born in Jamestown, Kentucky, on Jan. 27, 1938, a daughter of the late Lillie (Kerns) and Roy E. Lawless. She was a homemaker.
Shirlene is survived by three sons, Jeff Grider (Kimberly) of Allen, Texas, David Grider of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Barry Grider of Russell Springs, Kentucky; sister, Vickie Blakey (David) of Russell Springs, Kentucky; a special cousin, Buddy Kerns.
She is also survived by five grandchildren; 13-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marlin Grider; and a brother, Arthur Lawless.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025, at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Russell Springs City Cemetery, Russell Springs, Kentucky.
