Anderson, IN - Terence "Topper" Taylor, 70, passed away Aug 4, 2025.
Topper was born May 19, 1955, to Russell and Wanda Taylor. He was a 1973 Anderson High School graduate and a Delphi retiree. Topper was a past president of Anderson Black Expo and CEO Indiana Recreation Sport and Entertainment Corp (IRSEC).
Viewing/tribute Friday, Aug. 15, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Sherman St. Church of God, 1925 Sherman St., Anderson.
On Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, final viewing 9 to 11 a.m., with funeral service at 11 p.m. Burial in Maplewood Cemetery.
