Plainfield, Indiana - Timothy Douglas Elsten, 57, passed away March 5, 2025, in Planfield, Indiana. Timothy's parents are Clarence and Nellie Elsten.

Timothy received his GED and attended Anderson University for a time. He worked for a while in a nursing home. His real love was for Karate and for a time he helped teach it.

Timothy is survived by his parents and stepmother, Marilyn Elsten. He is also survived by a son, Timothy Douglas Elsten II, and three sisters: Alicia Faye Gerlach, Dorothy Kathleen Welch and Shelli Dawn Elsten.

There will be a brief memorial service at South Meridian Church of God on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at 1 p.m.
